Terms and conditions

When making a reservation, the user agrees to enter into a rental contract with Bellavista Granada by ASH and both parties commit to respecting these General Conditions and the Accommodation Rules of Use.

Only the guests listed in the original reservation and at check-in are permitted to stay in the apartment. Any additional overnight guests must be approved.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

LEGAL REGISTRATION: As an authorized tourist accommodation in Granada, we are required to verify the identity documents of each guest and register them in SES.HOSPEDAJES of the Ministry of the Interior, in accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021.

RESERVATION PROCESS

Our automatic availability and pricing system will allow you to select the apartment you are interested in and immediately make the online reservation.

Initial payment: To reserve the chosen accommodation, select it and provide the requested information. If you wish to proceed with the booking, an initial online payment by credit card may be required, represented as a percentage of the total amount. If the credit card provided is invalid and the charge cannot be processed by Bellavista Granada by ASH, a member of our team will contact you via the phone number or email you provided. If the requested payment is not made or if we are unable to contact you, the reservation will be automatically canceled. In that case, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.

Booking confirmation: Once the initial payment has been made (if required by the booking conditions), the reservation will be instantly confirmed, and you will receive a welcome email with all the details of your booking (reservation details, apartment address, contact person’s information, etc.).

Final payment: The total amount must be paid after the refundable cancellation policy specified in your reservation has expired and before your arrival at the selected accommodation. This payment request may be sent via secure payment link, in compliance with EU legislation regulating payment services and electronic transactions, transposed into Spanish law under Royal Decree-Law 19/2018 on payment services and other urgent financial measures.

PRICES

Prices are always displayed in EUROS (€) and may vary depending on the time of year or special events, depending on each apartment. Therefore, Bellavista Granada by ASH reserves the right to change them, updating them automatically on the website.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Guests must inform Bellavista Granada by ASH of their expected arrival time at least 24 hours before the start of their stay. Bellavista Granada by ASH is not responsible for delays or inconveniences caused by a lack of information. Additional check-in fees may apply for specific arrival times, as indicated in the reservation.

At check-out, guests must vacate the accommodation with all their belongings. Bellavista Granada by ASH reserves the right to remove any luggage left in the room after check-out time and/or charge a penalty, which may be deducted from the Damage Deposit.

CLEANING

Bellavista Granada by ASH works with professional cleaning and laundry services that follow health protocols in accordance with Spanish guidelines.

Upon departure, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable condition. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning charges.

GUEST BEHAVIOR

Guests commit to behaving in a respectful manner and being considerate towards neighbors.

They also agree to respect and take care of the equipment and materials provided, and to notify Bellavista Granada by ASH of any damage observed.

Failure to comply with the general rules of conduct gives Bellavista Granada by ASH the right to demand that guests leave the accommodation immediately.

NOISE

Guests must keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing neighboring properties—especially during nighttime hours (11:00 pm to 9:00 am).

Parties are strictly prohibited.

Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction, loss of rent paid, and additional charges deducted from the damage deposit.

Guests must notify Bellavista Granada by ASH of any neighbor disputes or complaints as soon as possible.

SECURITY

Every time guests leave the accommodation, they are responsible for ensuring that all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent water/rain damage.

Guests agree not to copy and/or give property keys to third parties, and to take necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized access to the property. In case of lost keys, guests must notify Bellavista Granada by ASH as soon as possible.

In addition, Bellavista Granada by ASH provides an emergency number, available 24 hours a day, in case of any incidents in the accommodation:

MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Any request to modify the stay dates must be approved by Bellavista Granada by ASH. If, for any reason, the guest must cancel the reservation in full or in part, the cancellation policy will apply.

If, for reasons beyond its control—including force majeure—Bellavista Granada by ASH is forced to modify the reservation conditions, it must immediately inform the guest. If no agreement is reached regarding the modification, the total amount paid will be refunded to the guest, who may not make any further claims.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Bellavista Granada by ASH is not responsible for damages caused by the use of equipment, or in cases of theft, fire, or other criminal activities. In any case, Bellavista Granada by ASH will make every effort to promptly find a solution to any incident. During the stay, the guest is responsible for all personal valuables.

PERSONAL DATA

The processing and use of personal data is carried out solely for the following purposes:

management of the stay and requested services, and communication with guests

providing information to local authorities, as required by Granada’s tourism regulations

Information is stored on a secure server for the time necessary to carry out these purposes, in accordance with tourism regulations.

The data collected by Bellavista Granada by ASH will never be transferred to third-party companies, except to local authorities.
